Dave Powell, MD
Dr. Dave Powell is a Board Certified Dermatologist licensed in both Texas and Louisiana. He is a 1993 graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Powell served an Internship in Internal Medicine at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, Virginia, and a Dermatology Residency at Tulane University School of Medicine.
Dr. Powell is a former Senior Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Navy. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Harris County Medical Society.
Algird Mameniskis, M.D., F.A.C.S.Dr. Algird Mameniskis is a highly-trained Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and a clinical instructor in Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he teaches medical students and residents in the field of Plastic Surgery.
